1. Aceptación de los términos

Al crear un perfil, registrarte o utilizar cualquier función de la plataforma, declaras haber leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos, así como nuestra Política de privacidad. Estos documentos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre tú y la Comunidad.

2. Elegibilidad

Para registrarte debes tener al menos 18 años de edad y capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos. Te comprometes a proporcionar información veraz, exacta y actualizada al momento de registrarte y a mantenerla al día.

3. La Comunidad y su propósito

Mexicanos en Tailandia es una comunidad cultural y red de contactos para personas mexicanas y amigas de México que residen o tienen interés en Tailandia. Ofrecemos información sobre eventos, contenido cultural, un directorio de negocios y oportunidades de networking. No somos una agencia gubernamental, consulado ni proveedor de servicios legales, migratorios o financieros.

4. Cuenta y membresía

Eres responsable de la información asociada a tu perfil y del uso que se haga del mismo. La membresía es personal e intransferible. Puedes solicitar la baja de tu membresía en cualquier momento escribiéndonos a hola@mexicanosentailandia.com.

5. Uso aceptable

• No utilizar la plataforma para fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
• No publicar contenido difamatorio, discriminatorio, violento, sexualmente explícito o que incite al odio.
• No suplantar la identidad de otra persona ni declarar información falsa sobre ti o tu negocio.
• No enviar spam, publicidad no autorizada ni mensajes masivos a otros miembros.
• No intentar acceder sin autorización a los sistemas, datos o cuentas de otros usuarios.

6. Negocios y directorio

Si registras un negocio, declaras estar autorizado para representarlo y que la información proporcionada es veraz. La Comunidad puede mostrar, ordenar o destacar los negocios según sus propios criterios. La inclusión en el directorio no constituye un respaldo, recomendación ni garantía sobre los productos o servicios de dicho negocio. Las transacciones entre miembros y negocios son responsabilidad exclusiva de las partes involucradas.

7. Contenido del usuario

Conservas la titularidad del contenido que compartes (nombre, datos de negocio, preferencias, mensajes). Al publicarlo, otorgas a la Comunidad una licencia no exclusiva, gratuita y mundial para usar, mostrar y distribuir dicho contenido con el fin de operar y promover la plataforma. Eres el único responsable del contenido que aportas.

8. Propiedad intelectual

La marca, el logotipo, el diseño, los textos y demás elementos de la plataforma son propiedad de la Comunidad o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes aplicables. No puedes copiar, reproducir ni utilizar estos elementos sin autorización previa por escrito.

9. Exención de responsabilidad

La plataforma se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos que el servicio esté libre de errores, interrupciones o que la información publicada por terceros sea exacta. El uso de la plataforma y la confianza en cualquier contenido es bajo tu propio riesgo.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la Comunidad no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la plataforma, ni por las interacciones, acuerdos o transacciones entre miembros o con negocios listados.

11. Suspensión y terminación

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos o realizas un uso que perjudique a la Comunidad o a otros miembros. También puedes dejar de usar la plataforma en cualquier momento.

12. Cambios en los términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Te notificaremos los cambios relevantes por correo electrónico o mediante un aviso en el sitio. El uso continuado de la plataforma tras los cambios implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Reino de Tailandia. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Tailandia, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la ley te reconozca como consumidor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a profile, registering, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. Together these documents form the entire agreement between you and the Community.

2. Eligibility

To register you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. The Community and Its Purpose

Mexicanos en Tailandia is a cultural community and network for Mexicans and friends of Mexico who live in or have an interest in Thailand. We offer information about events, cultural content, a business directory, and networking opportunities. We are not a government agency, consulate, or provider of legal, immigration, or financial services.

4. Account and Membership

You are responsible for the information associated with your profile and for any use made of it. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may request to cancel your membership at any time by writing to hola@mexicanosentailandia.com.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
• Do not post defamatory, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
• Do not impersonate another person or provide false information about yourself or your business.
• Do not send spam, unauthorised advertising, or bulk messages to other members.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems, data, or accounts of other users.

6. Businesses and Directory

If you register a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it and that the information provided is truthful. The Community may display, order, or feature businesses at its own discretion. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that business’s products or services. Transactions between members and businesses are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you share (name, business details, preferences, messages). By posting it, you grant the Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you contribute.

8. Intellectual Property

The brand, logo, design, text, and other elements of the platform are owned by the Community or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these elements without prior written authorisation.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information posted by third parties is accurate. Use of the platform and reliance on any content is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Community shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, nor for interactions, agreements, or transactions between members or with listed businesses.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that harms the Community or other members. You may also stop using the platform at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, without prejudice to any rights granted to you as a consumer under applicable law.
